The problems addressed by the messages of interpretation and the sciences of the Qur’an for the master’s degree at the University of Jordan and the extent to which they meet the scientific and societal need

This article explores the issues raised and studied in master dissertations related to the field of exegesis and Qur’anic sciences in the University of Jordan from 1985 to 2014. The current article surveys the issues, critically treats and analyses them from two aspects: The first aspect: to what extent these dissertations meet the academic need in the field of exegesis and Qur’anic sciences. The second aspect: to what extent they contribute to solve intellectual, cultural and social cases. The article clearly presents the contributions in a data base beneficial to the researchers in the field. Also it suggests research priority in the field of exegesis and Qur’anic sciences that help researchers proposing useful and important projects to the field and to the society.
