Resolving commercial papers its truth and its jurisprudential adaptation

This research discusses the commercial papers discount during three chapters. The first one presents the essence of commercial papers discount including the identification, the conditions, the effects, and the ending. The second one studies the jurisprudential interpretation of the commercial papers discount reviewing researchers' points of view, their evidence, and the most commonly acceptable view. The last one views the legal alternatives of the commercial papers discount. To conclude the findings, it has been found that the commercial papers discount has been interpreted as a usury- loan since the client takes the loan from the bank on parole paying more in return. Hence, the legitimate alternative of this deal is selling the commercial paper with a non- monetary recompense for the bank. Then, the client sell this recompense with money. The study has recommended the commercial legislator to reconsider the deal of commercial paper discount due to the illegal infractions it has.
