Qualifications of a university professor and ways to develop them from an Islamic perspective

The current research aimed at revealing the most important university professor qualifications and the required suggestions to develop them, from Islamic perspective. In order to achieve this purpose, the researchers followed the Analysis descriptive methodology; the research was divided into two courses, which are: the university professor qualifications, and the ways of developing them. A set of conclusions were reached into, such as: one of the way of developing university professor qualifications, from Islamic perspective is : saving the selective environment in the work, that included the immaterial estimating for the university professor and rising his immaterial position within the students in the organization where he works, and activating the justice values, and the values of consulting and choosing the suitable person. In light of the findings, the researchers recommend the high education institutions with more support for the university professor to achieve the purposes and message of education.
