Moreover, it shows that countries before the outbreak of war usually keen to mobilizing armies, maintaining support on the home front, auditing, strict controlling for people and conditions, and experts consulting to guarantee the results and win the war with minimal losses. The research also shows that countries keen to develop peaceful relations among themselves. For that reason, the countries appointed ambassadors, exaggerated in their welcoming, and focused on all aspect of diplomacy, and the common international courtesies
