The hadiths attributed to discrimination and contained in the two Sahihs, a study of their analysis

The research intented to solve the issue of a problem as it is supposed of which how does Imam Moslem narrate the hadiths of Al-Tamyeez and how they are weak and then narrate them in the Sahih. These hadiths were only five, and Al-Bukhari shared the narration of three of them. The research studied to answer this problem by studying these five hadiths in the location of the context of Sahih; its status and the purpose mentioning in it. The research is divided into two sections: the first one contains two Hadiths narrated by Moslem the series of narrators and the text, shared by Al-Bukhari the second of them. The second section contained three Hadiths narrated by Moslem without the weak text, and shared by Al-Bukhari two of them. In the research, the craftship appeared by two Imams, and the way they deal with the weak Hadith and the differences in the way they register the proof of weaknees or to deny it.
