Paradox and Paradox of Contradiction in Objective Unity in the Qur’anic Text (An Analytical Study in Surat Al-Tawbah)

The Qur’an is a deep sea that dives deep into the depths of many, and it is a fresh garden plucked from its fruits by enthusiasts, and commentators and researchers have written about it countless rhetorical, literary and scientific studies. We were lucky and tempted in one of these studies, which is the study of paradox. Paradox is a group of semantic studies, and it is an intellectual work, not an emotional work or a poetic effect. Arab literature relied on the element of paradox in constructing its texture, and many great poets employed it in their poetry to the extent that only one of their poems was hit by one of the paradoxes. Paradox also played its role in prose. As for this research, he chose the paradox for the study, not in poetry or prose, but in the highest text known and favored its application to Surat Al-Tawbah, and he extracted the images of the paradox from it using a structural approach. Therefore, it included an explanation of its origins, a statement of its concepts, and the application of its sections and analysis in Surat Al-Tawbah; This is due to its special context in the comparison between the groups mentioned in the surah; The paradox aims to explain the aesthetics of the miraculous Qur’anic text, and the active role in it is due to contrast; This is because it leaves a tangible impact on the mind of the recipient. Among the most important results reached by the research, we can refer to extracting images of paradox from eleven verses of Surat At-Tawbah and categorizing them under their own headings and analyzing them, bearing in mind that the emphasis in most of the research was on verses 3 and 34 of this surah.
