The reality of approval according to the Hanafi school - an applied root study

This research deals with the issue of approval in the Hanafi school, where it studies it from three aspects: the first: the definition of approval in the Hanafi school and the evidence for its authority, and the second: determining the reality of approval and the position of Hanafi scholars regarding the consideration of approval as one of the principles of deduction in the doctrine, and third: applied models for taking approval in The Hanafi school, which aims to determine the status of approbation from the foundations of the Hanafi school of thought, and the researchers concluded that its use in the doctrine does not raise it to the point of being considered one of the foundations of deduction in the doctrine.
