Therefore, these works were organized under the Sharia Law of Execution. This study aims to show the extent of the civil responsibility of the Chief Executive in Islamic jurisprudence and the Jordanian Sharia Law of Execution. . The study dealt with the most important works and powers of the chief executive and the extent of civil responsibility for the work of the chief executive, and talked about the civil responsibility and the legal immunity of the work of the chief executive and the state's responsibility for the work of the chief executive in the Sharia courts. Through his duties and powers, and that his decisions are judicial decisions that are subject to legal challenges, and he has no legal responsibility for his mistakes. The researchers recommend the need to introduce legal legislation regulating civil liability resulting from the fault of the chief executive, and the necessary legislation to subject certain decisions of the chief executive to the oversight of the automatic appeals court.
