This study presents the concept of judicial inspection in Islamic jurisprudence, in addition to clarifying a set of terms related to judicial inspection, whether that link is in terms of linguistic definition, idiomatic, or in terms of application of judicial inspection. The application was originally found in the inspection of workers, governors, princes and judges, as well as the study was exposed to a statement of the ruling of judicial inspection and the wisdom of it, and the study presented some of the forms of judicial inspection, and through this study it reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The necessity of working with judicial inspection within legal standards To preserve the prestige of the Sharia judiciary in general, and to preserve the performance of judicial work in particular.
