The principle of justice and its impact on financial transactions

This research aims at consolidating the principle of justice and demonstrating its impact on the adoption of the provisions of the groups of financial transactions such as compensation, donations, documentation, partnerships, and releases on it. This research also aims to trace the textual and mental evidence that commands the administration of justice in the crucible of financial contracts in particular, and to detail the effect of justice in balancing the rights and obligations of the contracting parties in financial transactions, with representation for this by a set of jurisprudential issues and emerging issues. The study concluded that justice is a fixed principle and is observed in all financial transactions in Islamic jurisprudence, although the jurisprudence of the jurists differed in how to apply it to these behaviors.
