دور العمل السياسي في تعزيز الامن القومي الفلسطيني 1920 م- 2016 م

Since 1920s, the Palestinian vibrant political work has formed a national political program and leadership to resist the British mandate and the Zionist movement and their plans to force the Palestinians out if their lands. After the Palestinian Catastrophe( Al-Nakba), the Palestinian refugees started adopting their different ways of resistance. The refugees stated looking for an identity through P.L.O. P.L.O chose armed struggle to achieve independence and liberation. The Palestinian resistance adopted many methods throughout the course of its conflict with the Israeli occupation. The first Palestinian Intifada in 1987was the first translation of the popular political revolution in Gaza Strip and West Bank. The first intifada bring importance back to the Palestinian issue. It also changed the Israeli beliefs in the militant solution, and the Israeli community became to believe in the diplomatic solution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The change in the Israeli mentality led to Madrid Peace Conference in which the international community asserted that the diplomatic solution is the best for the Palestinian issue. Madrid conference paved the road for Oslo agreement. Oslo formed an international attitude to solve the Palestinian issue diplomatically. In conclusion, the Palestinian political work positively influenced the Palestinian issue that it protected the Palestinian identity and convinced the international community to admit the Palestinian right to get independent state and liberation.
