This study aims to find out the psychological level of security in a sample of workers in the health sector laghouat, and knowledge of the differences between working in the psychological level of security due to sex and profession, and to achieve the purposes of research has been to rely on descriptive analytical method, the sample consisted of 182 workers in the health sector in Laghouat, selected deliberate manner, depending on the nature of the variables of the study, was the application of psychological security to Dr. Zainab Shuqayr Scale (2005), and after data collection has been discharged and treated statistically using a statistical program (Spss), were used the following statistical methods: frequencies, percentages, averages, standard deviations, t-test for differences per sample, t-test of the differences of the two samples, and analysis of variance unidirectional, and was reached the following results: 1. a high level of psychological sense of security in a sample of workers in the health sector laghouat. 2. The lack of differences in the level of psychological security among workers in the health sector laghouat depending on the intermediate variables (sex - profession ).
