It goes without saying that syntax is the basis and fundamental part of Arabic language. A number of scientists such as Khalil, Sibouye ,Kasayie, Akhfash , Mobarrad and many others have made lots of efforts and have compiled some comprehensive books in this field of study. One of the most remarkable books in this field is ‘Razi’s interpretation on Kafie’ which has been compiled by the great scientist ‘ Razi Astarabadi’. In this book, he comes to criticize the syntactical points in the book ‘Alkafiet fi alnahve’ via giving some logical and reasonable documents. The present article tries to scrutinize those faults and criticized impressions through interpretive-analytical method of research. The article also attempts to analyze those critical viewpoints based on the concepts and theories of previous scientists, and sophisticated writers of syntax by focusing on Razi’s impressions and his language competence in accepting or rejecting ideas. The findings of the present study indicates that Razi has not merely sufficed the old points and ideas, but he also tries to give priorities for ideas by offering scientific and logical documents. In addition, Razi has some unique impressions that reveal his strong syntactic knowledge.
