تعارض الرفع والوقف عند الامام البخاري دراسة نظرية تطبيقية

This research tackled an exact and important issue of the science of hadith which is the contradictory of marfu(1)and mauquf(2). The scholars differ about them widely anciently and recently. The research proved that the previous scholars (Aimah) and on top of them Albukhari didn’t judge the issue completely. But the acceptance and the reply for them is supported with associations.Therefore this research came with pure scientific benefits ; and this is through its combination of theoretical and practical sides. It is hoped that this research will enhance the ultimate trust in the efforts of the scholars and critics of the hadith، which they did to serve the pure sunnat. (1) A hadith referred back to the prophet.e.g. a reporter (whether a companion، successor or other) says ” The messenger of Allah said ...” (2) A hadith referred back to a companion e.g. “ibn Abbas said...” Without being attributed to the prophet.
