Optical Properties of Fluorine Doped Tin Oxide Thin Films

Fluorine doped tin oxide have been prepared on a glass substrate using chemical spray pyrolysis technique. The absorption and transmission data have been recorded in order to obtain, kinds of transition, and to determine the behavior of some optical parameters as a function of photon energy. It was found that the addition of fluorine as a doping agent enhanced all the parameters under investigation.
