Fabrication and Characterization of rompletely Sprayed Sn02/CdS Heterojunction

Fabrication and characterization of Sn02/CdS thin film heterojunctions have been carried out by pyrolytic spraying of Sn01 films onto previously sprayed CdS films. ldeality fa ctor. of 2.7 was obtained fron i illumin~ted 1-V plot. Responsivity curn of this thin film heterojunction s.hon s an enh:incement in the UV and blue regions and the a bsorption edge of CdS film is observed as a shoulder at 550 nm wa Clength.
