Enhancement of Isolated-Word Recognition System

In this research, The efficiency of the Isolated-Word recognition system was increased by using all the information that the utterance involved. This has been accomplished by reducing the time and weight warping for the extracted features in Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) method. The enhancement has been done by using normalizing, smoothing and evaluating of the optimal path between the reference template of each utterance and the test template.
