    Aniline monomer is polymerized in-situ to thin film of polyaniline conductive polymer. The films are deposited on glass substrate, doped with HCl acid and had 130 nm thickness. The optical and electrical characterization of Pani films showed a semiconductor polymer with indirect band gap 2،6 eV and direct band gap 2، 35 eV , and electrical conductivity was 8، 5 S.cm-1 .Schottky barrier of Al /pani was made, It is shows a good properties in comparison with the previously reported values of polymers.
