    This paper presents the methodology of the design of weakly absorption coatings at oblique incidence of light for full-wide angle (0 - 90°). The design was based on the modified characteristic matrix theory taking into account the effect of absorption and dispersion of layers and substrate. The optical constants of SnO3 : Al2O3 realized using spray pyrolysis technique deposited on BK -7 glass .The study involve normal and non-normal incidence. Result indicate that such a coating may be used as a neutral beam splitter of various T/R ratios over a wide range of angle of incidence (0 - 60°) and wavelengths .
