A new method, as far as author know, for estimation of the mass composition and the energy of primary cosmic ray based on atmospheric Cherenkov light flux analysis is used. The Lateral distribution function (LDF) of the Cherenkov light in extensive air showers (EAS) initiated by primary protons, iron nuclei, carbons and g-quanta are calculated with CORSIKA 5.61 code for Chacaltaya observation level (5200m above sea level) at the energies 10 TeV and 100 TeV for vertical showers. An approximation with nonlinear fit is obtained and the energy dependence of the function parameters is studied. The parameters as a function of the primary energy are carried out.
