تحضير غشاء لاوكسيد النحاس و دراسة تاثير التشعيع على الخواص البصرية

Thin films of Cu2O were prepared by using Thcrmal Evaporation System on glass substrate. The films were exposed 10 a low dose ofl - rays. The optical properties of thin films were studied before and after irradiation in tlie fundamental absorption region tiom their absorption and transmission spectra. The energy gap of direct allowed are measured also the absorption coefficient, the cxtinction coefficient, the index of refraclion and dielectric constant in its two parts and optical conductivity, were calculated.
