Image processing Techniques for study of colon tumors samples

In this research, we present many digital image processing tea~hings to a novel approach to the aided analysis of digital image for colon cancer detection. We have the image (which is the study samples in the form of a finite thiclmess tissue sections on slide glass) by using the optical microscopic connect directly with a computer by · digital camera. First, using a supervised-cross- correlation-testing (SCCT) method is developed and used to differentiate between normal and abnormal tissue s images of colon cancer, with measurement the mean and standard deviation of these samples. Second, making a comparison depending on histogran1 and weightage ofRGB colors between normal and abnormal samples.
