The damping associated with magnetostatic waves (MSW) in magnetic system involves both linear and nonlinear processes. The nonlinear processes are primarily associated with the parametric generation of MS W. Such processes wave treated in many work on MSVl. The main purpose in the present paper is to derive an accurate way of evaluating damping parameter of magnetostatic waves propagation through dielectric ferromagnetic system. The magnetization motion equation is linking with Landau-Ginzburg equation theoretically. Both equations used extensively in field of magnetostatic waves. But our goal is to develop a different treatment of damping of magnetostatic waves theoretically. Tn fact this work also explains the relationship of manetostatic waves amplitude with damping in ferromagnetic layer.
