Thermal stress and strain importance induced by focused Gassian beams laser

Thermal stress and strain of silicon crystal has been studied theoretically after exposure to laser using the main compounds of cylindrical coordinates. An Integral derived forms was used to find stress and strain values numerically for laser heated area with spot volume very large absorption depth of silicon .Also, temperature rise was calculated as a function of laser spot diameter had been studied.
