This research aimed at studying the noise and knowing itstype and the appearance reasons through analyzing the noisesiatistically oting a new way of excluding the two noisymultiplicaiive and additive operators, then finding thestatisiical distribution followed by those noisy operators. wehave cut three areas different homogenized of TV images,then we studied the statistical curves of this regions in orderto know the type of noise, as well as we studying the relationbetween the angle of rotating the antenna and the statisticaloperators which include the mean P,t as well to -know thebfst image and the worse image ( the best angle TV signalReceivin! and the worse angle TV signal Receiving ) .Thenwe studied the relation between the mean p and standarddeviation o for regions illumination component for the smallangles of rotating the antenna so as to know the type of noise.
