This study attempts to the depths of the narrative internal and external to Abdul-Rahman Majid al-Rubaie ( The Shadow in the head). It begins in the title and ends at the approaches according to the Semiotics of external structures , which include the structure of the general title and the structure of internal addresses together. The structures of the language include the event and characters modes , to place the structure present in the narratives of the different forms of place narrative, functions and the multiplicity of purposes and levels of the structures
