The issue of governance and its relationship to regimes or different economic ideas yet to be determined and is still discussed and debated among the many professionals and intellectuals of the difficulty of reaching the availability of corporate governance in the economic ideas through the stages of its development shop, it can be through governance indicators and their applications discern a series of flashes and features in this Thought or that indicate the existence of governance or not. The research aims to study economic growth, such as GDP indicators, growth and per capita gross domestic product, growth and per capita income of the real as well as the study of governance indicators launched by the World Bank, represented by index voice and accountability, political stability, government effectiveness and quality of legislation and the rule of law and control of corruption in Iran, and the possibility of knowledge of the relationship between governance indicators, economic growth and relations connectivity through the correlation coefficient (Correlation Coefficient) between them using a statistical program (Eviews8 ) and a time series for the period 1996-2013.
