The study were eager to diagnosis of the weaknesses and failures which the Iraqi economy suffered. The failure to diversify sources of income and reliance on Rentier resource (oil sector) comes in the forefront of those failures that make it vulnerable to the volatility of world oil prices, this result make it contribution by highest ratio within the terms of gross domestic product, because the bulk of exports depend on this activity. The study showed that there is a positive relationship between the financial revenues of the oil sector and the size of government spending, especially in recent years, also showed the contribution of the agricultural and industrial were shy to participate in GDP items, a result for all to above the study recommended by activating the role of other economic sectors and not to rely entirely on the oil sector, the treatment of unemployment problem through provide the success requirements of agricultural sector and a decent life rural residents and guidance, support and encouragement for the exercise of agricultural activity and comes as that within frame a balanced price policies and the imposition of taxes on imports which compete a local agricultural products in the seasons of production, as the treatment of the problem of unemployment is linked to aspects of activating the role of the private sector, whether were agricultural and industrial, commercial activity and private investment and public corporations and rebuild the infrastructure shattered, no doubt that the provision of job opportunities satisfactory for young people will contribute to stimulate the economy through increased purchasing power of the members and will contribute significantly to prevent the deterioration of security situation, therefore its treat economic problem at the same time a security problem that threatens the country's stability.
