According to (Winston creamer1997), Performance appraisal is an organizational system comprising deliberated process for determining staff achievement to improve staff effectiveness. People generally cannot neglect judging and evaluating other people in their lives, because it is a spontaneous and natural part of our lives. to provide a better understanding of the previous idea, we can imagine how we get the first impression when we meet someone for the first time, and this impression or judgment comes automatically and naturally and uncontrollable based on his or her appearance, voice, and personality traits. Right or wrong, these first impressions usually are easy to be changed based on our experience and more sufficient evidence like they of doing the job or the performance about that particular person.
