This research studies the phenomenon of political assassination in the Islamic Arabic society up to the siconel century A. H. . Political assassination were a clear characteristic in various societies during all historical eras. Many Islamic learners such caliphs, emirs, and distinguished leads were assassination. When many distinguish between two types of political murder: A. Religiously of politically legitimate assassinations which were over learned by styrene leaders in the state to achieve social harmony. B. Illegimate assassinations carried out to various social groups aimed at the prophet, caliphs , and to the leaders. This study deals with these two types of murders and also the various means by which these acts the murders accomplished.
