The ottoman state was culprited that it doesn’t have a clear diplomatic relationships and this is not real because its diplomatic relationships and the ottoman diplomatic appearance in many periods of time make the state a good part of the international group in the diplomatic inter change. its relationships especianuy with Europe was important too . also the ceremonies which they did when the sultan is sitting down was a good opportunity to welcome theEuropean ambassadors which interchange the relationships with them. The European ambassadors were put over the images and the convention of the sultans and how do they sit , do their activities and how do the ottomans masters attended their places and en thronement the sultan by special people . then the ambassadors places and the way which they salute the sultan and talking with him about the relations between the two countries.
