مراقبة الاختلاطات التقنية في التعويضات الجزئية الثابتة التي تصل السن الطبيعي مع الزرعة على المدى القصير

Background & Objectiv :Anatomical and structural reasons in the posterior region of the two jaws, and unacceptance of the patient to do several surgical procedures in order to place many implants, or the failure of one of the inserting implants, all these make us thinking of combining implant with the natural tooth in the same fixed prosthesis. The aim of the study is ashort observation of the incidence of the Technical complications in fixed partial prosthesis which consist of three units and connect a natural tooth to implant in the posterior region of the mandible, through two years of function. Materials & methods: 50 ceramometal fixed partial prosthesis with three unets were placed on 50 implants(Anthofit®ol - Anthogyr) connected with natural tooth in the posterior region of the mandible, for(48)patients (27Prosthesis for males and 23for females), age range (25-56years),in faculty of dentistry, Damascus University. They were divided into two groups: The first received(30) fixed partial prosthesis connect a natural tooth to implant by rigid connection The second received (20) fixed partial prosthesis connect a natural tooth to implant by non-rigid connection, (key and key way) which was placed distal of the tooth. The observation lasted from the delivery of the prosthesis to two years later in order to record the happening of technical complications. Results: No one of these technical complications are noticed during the clinical observation during two years and all of the prosthesis remains in function in a good way. Only one case of fracture of the abutment tooth is noticed in the group (2), and three cases of screw loosening are noticed (one in the group(1), two in the group (2)). No significant difference noticed (p <0.05) between the two groups for the fracture of the abutment tooth, and the loosening of the screw, and no relation between the fracture of the abutment tooth and the situation of the abutment (vital or pulpectomy) in this study. Conclusion: The connection of tooth to implant in a fixed partial prosthesis in the posterior region of the mandible gave a continuance(survival) to all of implants and prosthesis during two years of observation, and the happening of technical complications is little and insignificant through the time of study.
