ظاهرة الفساد في العراق بعد عام 2003 دراسة: في (الاسباب والآثار والمعالجات)

The study sought to provide an extensive analysis of the most important reasons for the phenomenon of political, administrative and financial corruption in Iraq after the political change in 09/04/2003, and the subsequent changes and events that have hurt iraq at all levels. It was evident from the study that the number of political, economic, social, cultural and administrative reasons that led to the aggravation of the lesion as well as the weakness of the laws and the absence of real democracy and lack of integrity of the influential leaders in power and other reasons. Therefore, the fight against corruption requires several steps starting from the moment of recognition of the existence of corruption and ending with the existence of an effective genuine will to treatment this serious lesion with a conscious awareness of the dimensions of the risks of corruption ,and to develop programs take into account the political, economic and social circumstances in Iraq today which produced this phenomenon and so forth phenomena that had exhausted the Iraqi people such as terrorism and the sectarian and ethnic division and others.
