The financial crisis affected the whole activities political, economic, or social ones; globally or even Arabian countries. Egypt here is the main subject of this study, and in addition Greece considered as the core of crisis in Europe, and how the government directed towards applying the austerity. Egypt from a period of time suffered from the budget deficit and how to find such alternatives to treat the chronic crisis in Egyptian economy, and how could this situation leads to more loans; mean while the government policy to adopt the austerity, then how could these policies affect the changes of Egyptian economy. Then, this study will transfer to analysis the Greek financial crisis that happened in April, 2010, directly after the Global crisis in America, Europe and other countries that conquered under the umbrella of capital system. Thus, this study seeks to submit an analytical review of the crisis development and the public debt in Egypt, and analyzing the Greek crisis, in addition to clarify some limitations of International Monetary Fund to overcome the unexpected policies. Accordingly, this research is divided into three topics first one review the austerity policies as a concept and procedures, and the second one talked about the both experiences of Egypt and Greece; while the third one was talked about the methods of implementing the austerity policy in Iraq.
