تاثير سموم الافلاتوكسين B1 في بعض معايير نمو افراخ فروج اللحم كوب تركي و بعض طرق معالجته

Research was carried out at Kanan , Diyala province, Iraq to investigate efficiency of Activated Charcoal (AC) or Mycofix R select 3.0(Mycofix) in reducing the deleterious effects of aflatoxi B1 produce by Aspergillus fluvus on growth parameters of chiken cobb. Feed treated with B10.2ppm,AC5%gm and Mycofix Rselect 3.0 1 g/kg lead to reducation in rate Sciences of weight gain of chiken down to 20.84%, with rate of weight of weight increment of 575.44g during the growing period .The treatment lowered feed consumtion to 653.4g ,incrase feed conversion by 1.3% with mortality of ub 10% .Reasulits indicated the positive action of both AC and Mycofix where they rediced the deleterious action of B1 on rate og weight gain by 17.495 and 12.43 respectively. Results shoed that there was no significant difference (p0.05) between use of AC or Mycofix on growth parameters used.
