توسعه صنایع و افزایش فعالیت های صنعتی درون و اطراف شهرها باعث بروز مشكلات و مسائل زیست محیطی عدیده ای گشته و سلامت انسان را جدا به خطر انداخته است راه حل تقلیل یا حل مشكلات زیست محیطی كنونی و پیشگیری از بروز مشكلات آتی بی تردید نیازمند تعریف سیاست ها راهكارها و اقدامات بسیاری است دراین میان نقش برنامه ریزی و طراحی می تواند بسیار حساس باشد خصوصا در رابطه با محیط منظر و فضای سبز كه از جنبه های مختلف م یتواند مورد توجه باشد با این حال آنچه كمتر از هر مسئله دیگری دربسیاری از محیط های صنعتی مدنظر است منظر و فضای سبز ان است این درحالیست كه آلودگیه ایزیست محیطی ناشی از فعالیت صنایع مجاورت فضاهای صنعتی با مناطق شهری تاثیرات مخرب و جبران ناپذیری بركیفیت محیط و سلامت افراد داشته است دراین راستا ایده های جدیدی مانند پاركهای صنعتی اكولوژیك بعنوان یك راهكار بهینه پیشنهاد شده است كه علاوه برتمركز صنایع در یك منطقه باعث همراهی صنعت با طبیعت میشود از سوی دیگر بهسازی محیط و منظر اینگونه اماكن صنعتی به گونه ای كه بتوانند درجهت رفع نیازهای خدماتی و فرهنگی كاركنان و مردم گام بردارند امری بسیار ضروری می نماید.

That while the environmental pollution caused by industrial activity, industrial areas proximity with urban environment has been devastating and irreparable effects on the quality of environment and human health. In this context, have been suggested new ideas such as eco-industrial parks as an optimal solution that additional concentration of industries in a region, lead to associate the nature and industry is Industries and urban vicinity, have a lot of irreparable effects. So, ecoindustrial parks ideology propose as an effective solution that center industries and friendly environment. In the other hand, environment and landscape reform in these Industrial places is a necessary task that could answer human cultural and utilized needs. In this way, build and develop eco- industrial parks dea that aimed to mitigate pollutant, active and relive economy, are suitable solutions. Studies of ecological improvement related to industrial states are not significant result in Iran.
