. Consider a one-component repairable system that the number of its repair is a positive random variable. It is shown that several reliability properties preserve under minimal repair policy. A necessary and sufficient condition for the lifetime of system with one component to be IFR(DFR) whenever the original component follows an I FR(DFR) distribution is obtained.
