آينده نگري تاثيرات اجتماعي ناشي از حضور ابر پروژه اي شهري (مطالعه موردي: مجموعه گردشگري پديده شانديز)

Futurism of Social Impacts Caused by Presence of Urban Mega-Projects (Case study: Padideh Tourism Complex, Shandiz

حضور ابر پروژه های شهری زمینه ساز تحولات چشمگیری در ابعاد اجتماعی زندگی شهروندان خواهد بود. در این مقاله تلاش شد تا تاثیر حضور و فعالیت مجموعه گردشگری پدیده را بر توسعه پایدار اجتماعی شهری در شاندیز طی سال های 94-1388 از دیدگاه شهروندان بررسی و سپس پیشران های كلیدی موثر بر شكل دهی توسعه پایدار اجتماعی در شهر شاندیز بر اثر حضور مجموعه گردشگری پدیده از دیدگاه كارشناسان پیش بینی شود. روش تحقیق در این مطالعه، ازنظر هدف، كاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی تحلیلی است و روش گردآوری اطلاعات كتابخانه ای و میدانی (پرسشنامه) و روش تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات هم به صورت آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (آزمونتی تك نمونه ای، و معادلات ساختاری) صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، شامل خانوارهای ساكن در شهر شاندیز كه بر پایه ی سرشماری سال 1390، دارای 5110 خانوار و 17378 نفر جمعیت و از 236 خانوار شهری برای تبیین وضع موجود و 40 كارشناس برای پیش بینی آینده، به عنوان نمونه پرسشگری به عمل آمد. یافته های پژوه نشان می دهد كه، آثار ناشی از فعالیت مجموعه گردشگری پدیده در فاصله زمانی مورد مطالعه، بیشترین تاثیر را بر انگیزه های اجتماعی با آمار 19/1 داشته است. بنا بر مدل معادلات ساختاری و روش كیفی، نیز عواملی مانند تاثیر پدیده بر امنیت زندگی شهروندان در شهر شاندیز، افزایش حس تعلق مكانی در بین شهروندان ساكن شاندیز، ارتقاء سطح آگاهی و سواد شهروندان و غیره به عنوان پیشران های كلیدی موثر در شكل دهی توسعه پایدار اجتماعی در شهر شاندیز معرفی شده است.

The presence of urban mega-projects is triggering significant changes in social aspects of citizensʹ lives. This paper attempts to study the impact of presence and activities of Padideh Shandiz Tourism Complex on the sustainable urban developmental changes examined from the perspective of citizens from 2009 to 2015 and then the key motifs influencing the shaping of sustainable social development in Shandiz city caused by the presence of this mega-project predict from the perspective of experts. Research method in this study is applied in goal with a descriptive- analytical method, library. Field data collection method and data analysis as well as descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (One-sample t-test, Paired t-test, GRA) were also performed. The research community, including families living in Shandiz City on the basis of the 2011 census, with a 17,378 population of 5110 households and 236 urban families to explain the status quo and 40 experts were asked to predict the future. The findings indicate that the direct effects caused by the presence and activities of Padideh Shandiz Tourism Complex within the time interval of the study, with the statistics of 19.1 were among the greatest impacts on the social incentives of the town. Based on the structural equation modeling and qualitative methods, factors such as the impact of Padideh on security of the citizens living in Shandiz city could enhance the sense of attachment to place among the citizens living in Shandiz, and promote their awareness and education. These were introduced as key propellants affecting and shaping sustainable social development in Shandiz city.
