بررسي خواص ساختاري و الكتروني نانو لايه هاي CdS و CdSe

The structural and electronic properties of CdS, CdSe nano sheets were studied by employing on ab initio calculations, based on density functional theory the full potential linearized augmented plane wave method. The electronic band structure, partial and total density of states were determined by using the Quantum-Espresso and CdS, CdSe nano sheets are semiconductors and owing to their direct larg gap
