In this paper a posteriori ELECTRE TRI as a multi-criteria sorting method is considered. A
newly mixed-integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) model is proposed to determine the
performance of profiles according to the criteria. The developed MINLP model can be used to
compute the optimal solution for the small-sized problems
