Human resources are one of the most effective
elements in the making progress for the organizational goals.
The managers of the organizations usually attempt to
promote the personnel’s efficiency as well as realizing the
organizational goals in the best way they can through the
creation of motivation among the personnel. The increase of
resources has been one of the most basic goals in the
incentive pay to the personnel is considered as a useful
procedure in order to increase the motivation of bank
personnel. Using data mining techniques in this paper,
impact of incentive pays to personnel in an Iranian bank is
analyzed on enhancing attraction of resources. It is observed
that the financial incentives are neither effective in
enhancement of personnel’s efficiency nor in attraction of
resources for the bank branches
