In this paper, we construct algorithm MINRES-N3 to the entire
class of normal matrices that spectrum of these matrices must belong
to an algebraic curve of the third degree. Numerical results show that, on
many occasions, the proposed algorithm has a superior convergence rate
compared to GMRES
