Steganography is an effective technique to hide the existence of secret data inside a cover object. Images are the most popular media for steganography. This paper present hardware architecture of the inverse LSB steganographiy technique in a Cyclone II of the Altera FPGA family. In these techniques, LSBs of some pixels of cover image are inverted with a particular pattern of some bits of the pixels. Less number of pixels is modified in comparison to plain LSB method. In order to extract the secret message, the bit patterns for which LSBs has been inverted needs to be stored within the stego-image somewhere. The steganography scheme implemented in an FPGA then analyzed the 3 steganography metrics. The analyzing inverse LSB implemented on FPGA indication improves quality of cover image compared with plain LSB
