Integration of water system can minimize fresh water usage and wastewater production in a unit.
For this purpose, specifications of contaminants and their limiting concentrations are necessary.
In this paper optimal reuse network of our system was designed based on internal resources of
water and therefore minimization of fresh water usage and wastewater production were
studyusing multi-objective optimization. For minimizing wastewater production, two strategies
were study, with and without reverse osmosis unit. Investigations show that first strategy is 28
percent better in amount of infiltration than second one. Finally optimization of unit leads to 44
percent minimization in fresh water usage and 5 percent minimization in wastewater production.
