چكيده فارسي :
آب هميشه به عنوان يكي از مهمترين ابزارها جهت حمايت از حيات و زندگي بشر معرفي مي شود در بسياري از نواحي و مناطق مختلف جهان متابع و ذخاير آب بسته به اقليم، نوع آب و هوا و وضعيت توپوگرافي و ساير شرايط حاكم متفاوت مي باشد. به طوري كه از يك سو استفاده بي رويه از منابع آب و جايگزين نشدن منابع مصرف شده و از سوي ديگر با افزايش جمعيت و بالا رفتن سطح بهداشت، تقاضاي آب بيشتر، تهديدي مهم براي بقاي آب موجود به شمار مي رود كه بايستي اين شاخص مهم را در جهت استحصال آب باران به روش هاي مصنوعي همچون باروري ابرها به منظور افزايش بارش به شكل درست و منطقي هدايت و كنترل نمود. بارور كردن ابر روشي است كه براي تحريك ابر جهت تشكيل باران مورد استفاده قرار مي گيرد، در اين روش در مرحله اول وجود ابر بسيار حائز اهميت بوده و در مرحله بعد وضعيت ابر به لحاظ ارتفاع، گستردگي، تراكم، ميزان آب موجود در آن و سرعت حركت سيستم بر عمليات باروري تاثير گذار است. در ايران از دو روش باروري قله ابر و درون بر استفاده مي شود. تجربيات اخير از علم باروري ابرها و نتايج مثبت در جهت استحصال آب به اين روش فضاي اميدوار كننده اي در عرصه افزايش بارش به روش مصنوعي را فراهم مي آورد. اگرچه نتايج مثبت و اميدوار كننده زيادي در اين عرصه جهت افزايش ذخاير آب وجود دارد ولي بايستي اين علم و تكنولوژي از يك سو و مهارت و تخصص نيروها و اكيپ هاي اجرايي از سوي ديگر كاملا منطبقاته و صحيح در كنار يكديگر قرار گيرند تا نتيجه قابل قبول بدست آيد.

Water is always introduced as one of the most important tools for protecting and human life. In many parts of the world, water resources and reserves vary according to climate, type of weather, topography and other conditions .On the one hand, the untapped use of water resources on the other hand, with increasing population and rising health levels, further water demand is a major threat to the survival of existing water, which should be this important indicator In order to extract rain water, it is guided and controlled by artificial means such as fertility of clouds in order to increase the rainfall. Fertilization is a method used to stimulate the cloud to form rain. In this method, in the first stage, the presence of the cloud is very important, and in the next stage, the cloud status affects the performance of the operation due to the height, extent, density, the amount of water present and the speed of the system. In Iran, the fertility of cloud peaks and inside clouds are used together. Recent experiments on the fertility of clouds and the positive results of water extraction provide a promising atmosphere in the field of artificially increased rainfall. Although there are many positive and promising results in this area to increase water reserves, this science and technology, on the one hand, and the expertise of the forces and the executive units on the other hand, should be mutually consistent
