In this research, cobalt and nickel sulfide nanoparticles are grown on MCM-41 matrix by using ion exchange method. The prepared samples were irradiated by thermolized neutron that emitted from Am-Be source. After that, x-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Vis spectroscopy, Fourier transfer infrared
(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used for irradiated and non-irradiated samples characterization. The results show increasing and decreasing of nanoparticles size under neutronradiation
