The continuous deployment of wind power generation capacities has centered this type of producers in a new large scale development era that WPPS have in increasing impact on polar systems. Uncertainty and intermittently of wind power producers will pose challenges in energy systems with high presentations of this producers. Most of the energy systems by WPPS are sold through power purchasing agreement (PRAS) at a fixed price that are long terms contracts between WPPS and purchasers.
