The Comparison Statistical Estimation for HIV Infected People with Different Noise Terms

This paper provides a stochastic model for HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) infections and diffusion of AIDS in Iran. For this purpose the deterministic model of diffusion process will be transferred to stochastic model and then this model will be solved numerically. The effects of colored noise perturbations on the parameters will be investigated. Finally numerical example is performed by using the Euler-Maruyama method in order to show the accuracy of the present work.
