A matrix A ∈ Mn(C) is a frame diagonalizable by the n×m frame-dual matrix pair (F, F~) if and only if A = F~⋀ F∗, where ⋀ is an m×m diagonal matrix. In this paper we introduce a frame diagonalization of matrices in Mn(C), called QR-frame diagonalization, by using QR factorization. Furthermore, we show that every matrix A in Mn(C) is QR-frame diagonalizable.
