بررسي و نقد مباني نظري بين المللي سازي برنامه درسي در نظام آموزش عالي از منظر انديشمندان داخلي و خارجي

Studying and Criticizing the Theoretical Aspects of the Internationalization of Curriculum in Higher Education according to Iran and Foreign Experts' Views

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي مباني نظري بين المللي سازي برنامه درسي نظام آموزش عالي با رويكرد نقد از منظر انديشمندان داخلي و خارجي مي باشد. در اين رابطه نظريه هاي انديشمندان جهاني شدن و بين المللي سازي در حوزه ي نظام آموزش عالي بررسي شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع كيفي است و در اين پژوهش با توجه به ماهيت موضوع و سوالات مطرح شده از روش سندي - تحليلي استفاده شده است. بدين منظور با مطالعه منابع گوناگون موجود در زمينه جهاني شدن و بين المللي سازي، مفهوم و تفاوت دو واژه جهاني شدن و بين المللي سازي بيان شده و سپس با بررسي نظريه هاي مطرح در اين زمينه، مباني نظري مشخص مي گردد. در مرحله بعدي با بررسي مفهوم برنامه درسي و صورت بندي اهداف برنامه درسي در نظام آموزش عالي در پرتو اين نظريه ها به نحوه تاثير بين المللي سازي در هدف گذاري برنامه درسي نظام آموزش عالي پرداخته مي شود. نتايج پژوهش حاضر بر اساس نظريه هاي بيان شده تاكيد بر هويت ملي، بومي و فرهنگي كشورمان در توليد برنامه هاي درسي جهت بين المللي سازي نظام آموزش عالي را نشان مي دهد.

This investigation aimed to study the theoretical foundations of internationalization in higher education curriculum by critical approach according to internal and external experts' views. For this purpose, experts' theories on internationalization and globalization in higher education have been considered. This is a qualitative research and in this study, according to the essence of the subject and propounded questions, the analytic-documentary method was used. First, the concept and differences between the two terms of "globalization" and "internationalization" is stated through study of different resources on internationalization and globalization; then the theoretical foundations are determined through investigating the propounded theories in this category. In the next stage, by considering the concept of curriculum and listing the curriculum purposes in higher education according to these theories, the way internationalization affects curriculum goals in higher education is considered. Based on the mentioned theories, Findings of this study indicates emphasis on the local, national and cultural identity of our country in producing curriculums in order to internationalize higher education.
